The damage that is is not being held accountable

Reflecting back at the beginning  of this year, the way i had flashing images of how 2020 would probably turn out compared to the previous two years was entirely different, 2018 and 2019 were basically known for their economic crisis and drought. I was looking forward to a great year with great opportunities most importantly an exceptional growth compared to the previous years. Not knowing that the worst is yet to come not only for Namibia but the world at large. This cunning snake ( COVID-19) has manage to take the whole world at his mercy how ironic? COVID-19 has not only created a different environment for everyone but has changed lives of certain individuals in various ways.

Imagine we are now confined into wearing a musk  literally everywhere we find ourselves and not having a musk at all becomes an offence to the law. 25%  of the Namibian population has lost  their only means of providing food on the tables which has resulted into a great deal of economic crisis world wide. THIS VIRUS HAS PLACED LIMITS THAT NO OTHER PERSON HAS MANAGED TO ACHIEVE WORLD WIDE.

Truth is no one knows if this virus really does exist or it is some sort of serious well planed out master mind idea which got everyone very one walked-out  which in the end it was successful.

    2. I totally disagree. We may be facing hardship but I've noticed young namibians finally taking a step of their own, no more cries for job opportunities, we have learned to use our ideas to the max. At the end of this crisis, you'll look back be thankful.

    3. looking at it from that point of view you have just made a good point and it is self justified, but still the damage done is far much worse compared to the opportunities that the whole pandemic can create.. the job opportunities may have been presented through networking but not everyone is able to get access to it. Due to various factors such as the the majority that are uneducated or rather to say they know nothing about Technology.

  3. This year turns to have both advantages and disadvantages, most lost their jobs and most people tend to become creative using their own hands to make a living due to loss of jobs coming from their comfort zones

    1. you are right too..creativity has always been a tool that can only be used once a person has run out of options.. i would say corona did a great job there.. it has forced people out of their comfort zone.
